I have contacted guest relations on two separate occasions. I have been at this hotel since August I have had numerous problems with getting things as simple as toilet paper and clean sheets my biggest issue is every other day when I ask for toilet paper I am being handed boxes of Kleenex and told to use that. The key fobs do not work they keep the doors open with rocks so anybody can walk in and out and the other doors you cannot gain access with a Key. Today when I requested toilet paper and confronted the GM about the fact that there is constantly no toilet paper in this hotel and that I have six people in my room and it's important for us to have toilet paper he threatened to kick me out saying I have too many people in the room He stated he would be "" checking my reservation. I disclosed that I had five children under the age of 17 when I did my reservation and paid the full $2500 we are homeless and have been here 5 weeks. He said only 4 people to room and called me liar.
