On 6/9/2025 I signed a contract and paid Fit with Nirit LLC $8300 for a one year program for fitness and weight loss after reviewing their website. I was pressured to sign the contract at time of zoom interview to save $300 off cost of program. I was told if I didnt sign during call I would lose discount.I used their program for 3 weeks and was extremely dissatisfied with their program. I could write pages on that topic. I emailed ***** as stated on the contract to ask for a refund. I had a zoom call on July 14th, 2025 with Nirit ***** and ***** ********* to discuss a refund. They were pressuring me to continue with program, finally agreed to refund half my fee via charge back to my card. I had asked for full refund minus cost of one month (approx $691). They said they didnt have to refund any money and ended the call. Something felt off about the whole experience and the contract so I called law offices, contacted online resources, looked up information on contracts, etc. The $4125 puts me in small claims court so I wasnt getting very far. I believe I was a victim of deceptive advertising. Nirit states in her bio on her website that she is certified in personal training and nutrition. She has a disclaimer hidden in terms of service that states she is not responsible for inaccurate information on website. I would not have paid for a weight loss and fitness program had I not believed I was working with a professional with certifications in personal training and nutrition. I can not find current certifications through online databases and when I asked them for the information via email, I got no response. I would like my money back, either in full or full minus the one month use based on the contract should be void if I was indeed a victim of deceptive advertising.
