If your thinking of transferred or use this company if you want to call it a company, Dr. C***** is the worst person to deal with. It went on one year with no services provided. Well lets be honest, we did have one person who stopped showing, then hired another person who never called to cancel. Once i was fed up with it she tells me that we can't service my son because they felt i was hostile! What mother of a child with Autism who is seeking care and have not received it for over a year is not going to be hostile at the lack of services this place "offers".

I have been on the waiver for my son since he was 7! I have advocated for him and I am simply asking you to do your job or what your company claims to do.

But, thank you for enlightening me that you are turning down people with criminal pasts, I had no idea that so many criminals are sitting in there cells dreaming of working with autistic people. Thank goodness you put a stop to that!

Autism 1 year ( preferred),
US authorized employment (preferred). Your not even seeking people that work in behavioral mental health. That's not even ONE of your requirements.

So here is me formally saying, do better! Or stop lying to families of children with Autism who have enough to deal with then CARAFAC not doing what they said they would do! So if you want to cancel *****s services you really should cancel all your families because your company who should be working with children who's future depend on it, your letting down!!!

Please understand that we are working daily to hire staff for all of our clients who are on our wait list. Staffing of Direct Support Professionals has been a statewide concern for some time, and unfortunately has been exacerbated as a result of the pandemic. Staffing shortages affect all autism waiver agencies , not only CARAFAP. Despite these challenges, CARAFAP continues to work tirelessly to provide outstanding services to our clients. We regret whenever any client is dissatisfied. However, we remain committed to moving forward and will provide the best possible services to our clients despite things that are beyond our control.
