    Consumer Complaint Against: Design Cosmics / *** ******* (Ecosmics)Date of Payment: June 30, 2025 Total Amount Paid: $2,250 Payment Method: Zelle and gift cars Complaint Description:I hired Design Cosmics, represented by *** *******, to set up and manage e-commerce automation services on ********I paid a total of $2,250, which included:$2,000 for the launch and management of an ******* automation business $250 for ******* fulfillment services As part of the setup, *** ******* instructed me to open an Amazon seller account first to build up a selling history, which he claimed was required before launching the ******* store. I complied. He instructed me to open a ******* seller account at $39.99/month, which I also did.He guaranteed that the ******* store would be live within 12 weeks, and that the Amazon store would be managed by their team to generate passive income. Unfortunately, none of this has happened:The ******* store was never launched The ****** account became active, but it received orders that were never fulfilled, placing the account at risk I have received no sales, no profits, and no meaningful communication or support since the payment On August 5, 2025, *** ******* stated that ******* approvals were delayed and recommended I switch to an **** store, which was never part of our agreement. This is a major change to the service I paid for, and I did not authorize this pivot.I believe I was misled and that this business has not delivered the services promised.
