We stand behind the quality of all NATUREAL products. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, contact Customer Support at: [email protected] within 14 days of purchase so we can work with you to find an alternate solution or refund.
If a return is initiated, you will be issued a Return Authorization code and will have 14 calendar days to receive the product(s). Once 14 days have passed from the return initiation date, your order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
It is your obligation to pay the return postage. We are not responsible for mis-delivered shipments. We recommend obtaining a Signature Confirmation for verification and efficiency purposes. We must receive the bottles within 30 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.Returning products without complying with our return policy will deem your transaction non-refundable.
