            I placed an order on June 4th for some ***** ***** dumbbells online. They failed to supply a shipping time frame or options. I recieved an email my order was being processed on June 7th. I waited until June 9th and asked for an update. I was told that this would not ship until the 18th. From online reviews I also understand that this company has restocking fees even if you do not actually ever have the order shipped/fully processed. 14 days to "process" an order is unacceptable.

            I highly recommend this Workouthealthy! I bought a pair of Powerblock adjustable dumbbells from them in early May. When the dumbbells arrived, one of them got damaged as the 50+ lbs package appeared to have been dropped in transit. I sent pictures to Workoutheathy’s customer service seeking solutions. This is where this company truly shined! Within a few moments, Chriz from the company emailed back letting me know that they have mobilized their claim department to get a replacement sent out to me asap. Chriz also kept me in the loop in the next few days on the status of the replacement all the way till it’s delivered. If you’ve been around long enough you know that you can’t really judge the quality of a business when things are going well. It’s how they respond and react when things are not going well matters to us customers. I think Workouthealthy and Chriz earned a 5 star review in my book. I highly recommend this site for your workout and fitness product needs.
