            Ordered flowers for delivery/placement on a grave, Rutland did not provide a picture of the placement. Therefore I have no confirmation that the flowers were delivered, nor what was actually delivered. I telephoned and was told that nothing could be done; the ******* email *******@rutlandbeard.com bounces back.

            Ordered flowers for a funeral The flowers never arrived and we’re not at the funeral home. Contacted Rutland and was sent to a answering service after several attempts to contact. Finally the answering service guy transferred me to the store. They had no Apology and said they had to contact the driver. Asked for a call back from the owner/manager and never got a call. Girl Offered to refund my money. Will wait to See if that really happens. Not holding my breathe. Their customer service sucks!! They take no responsibility for their error. Who does not deliver flowers to a funeral home?? Even thou I got a confirmation they were delivered but that was a lie. Save your money and avoid heartache don’t use Rutland Florist.
