    Save yourself the headache and do not purchase gift cards from Double T Diner.
    This is the third gift card incident I've experienced over the past handful of years. The first time, I purchased a gift card through their website to find that it was never mailed. I had to call the Pasadena location numerous times and wait for the one manager to be working to help me. I ended disputed the charge with my credit card company after no resolution with the business. The second time, I stopped by the Annapolis location to purchase a gift card and their system was down. This past time when I visited the Annapolis location to purchase two gift cards, the lady charged me twice. I just disputed the duplicate charges with my credit card company. It should not be so challenging to get a gift card.
