    We have initiated a thorough investigation into your concerns regarding inappropriate behavior. As their supervisor, I have filed an incident report and issued a written warning. We are committed to ensuring that such incidents do not recur, and additional measures will be taken if necessary, up to and including suspension.

    We greatly value our relationship with you and your company, and we deeply regret any disruption this incident may have caused. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly if you have any further concerns or if there is anything else we can do to address this situation.

    I am getting repeated calls from this business even after asking to be put on their do not call list.

    We would like to apologize again for what happened. We already include your number on our DNC list and it might just take a week or 2 before it will totally be removed in our system.

    I’ve already filed an Incident Report. Appropriate sanctions will be implemented once we have determined the gravity of the violation.
