    After having a problem with two other companies I found HVACDirect. They came same day I called. Gave me options and let me decide which way to give. Saved me $1300 on a leak test Technician Andrew and owner Scott were professional,knowledgeable and couteous. I would highly recommend

    I strongly advise against using HVAC Direct. The technician, Scott M***** (who I later found out is the owner), lacked transparency in communication. Asking questions seemed to make him defensive, which made me uncomfortable. This was the worst service experience I've had with home repairs. I gave one star only because he responded promptly when I called. However, his disrespectful behavior and rudeness were unacceptable. It's disappointing and disheartening to be taken advantage of like that.
