    In July of 2024, I called Mr. ***** ******* and asked him if he could stop by and give me a quote to renovate my master bathroom. He came in and gave me a quote of $5000 for labor cost for the bathroom renovation and I was to provide the supplies needed for the bathroom. I agreed to it and Zelled him $1500 in June 2024. On July 1st he came and started the work on the bathroom. On July 15th he asked for the second installment which I gave him in the amount of $2000. The work took forever and when I identified some faulty work he did during the process, he would say I shouldn't worry that he will fix it. And that the final work will be perfect since he will fix all the issues I identified. One of the things that needed fixing was the tile work he did in the shower, I asked him to fix that corner and when he tried to fix it, he used the wrong color grout which made it look even worst. He still had several unfinished work when he said all that is left for him to do is paint. I told him several things still needed to be fixed, he reassured me saying he will fix them. After he was done painting, he said he just had to stop by so we can do a walk through and collect his final payment. It was November already at this point, I sent him pictures of all the things that still need fixing/completing and he kept saying he would show up and never did. I gave finally him an ultimatum after several no shows to either come complete the work or I take him to court, and he never responded. The issue is, I already spent over $7k on tiles, bathtub, vanity, toilet, bathroom door etc. and $3500 for labor cost. The faucet for the bathtub doesnt work either, so thats unusable. The plumbing was not installed properly because I have had to constantly let the water run in the sink, shower and bathtub to avoid the terrible smell coming out of it. I need Mr. ***** of Yovany H Contractor LLC to come fix the poor job and complete the work.
