On 11/30/2023, BBB initiated an investigation into Bolt Estimating to research the numerous unanswered complaints concerning advertising and sales practice issues. These complaints allege repeated solicitation spam emails from different accounts to avoid consumers from blocking.
Over the course of the investigation, BBB discovered the following:- Consumers complain about receiving multiple spam emails soliciting information with the intent to deliver construction estimating services.
- Business could not be reached to respond to complaints or confirm contact information.
- telephone number listed on company website is inactive.
- Addresses on file could not be verified
