      This company is fraudulent, they hired us to assist with new construction on a property in *********, ** and they are always late on paying invoices for completed work and always lie about making payment arrangements. Would not recommend doing any business with these people they are criminals.

      Sure! Here's a professional and firm response you could post in reply to the review:---We take accusations like this very seriously and are disappointed to see such a misleading and defamatory review. This individual worked with our company on multiple projects, and unfortunately, their workmanship on one of the jobs resulted in significant damage to a separate residence. As a result, we had to escalate the matter through our insurance and legal channels. Despite these issues, they were paid **in full** for the Annandale job in fact, **they were overpaid**. Any delays in payment were related to verifying work completion and resolving quality concerns stemming from their own errors on a prior job. We hold ourselves to a high standard of professionalism and accountability and expect the same from anyone we subcontract. We urge anyone reading this to contact us directly for accurate information and references.

      Were sorry to hear about your frustration, but we strongly disagree with your characterization. As a subcontractor, your work on several projects did not meet the standards we expect or promise our clients, which required us to make corrections at our own expense. While we value our working relationships, we also have a responsibility to protect the integrity of our projects and our clients investments. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
