- Returns must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery date, and must include the invoice number and reasons. No returns are accepted without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’, there is a restocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the customer. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.
