    This business transaction was do on Tuesday November 21, 2023. I purchased a 2012 ****** ****** from Miracle Auto Imports LLC. Their web sight www.miracleautoimports.com, but *********************, said they would deliver the vehicle to the shop where they take their vehicles for repairs, ************ Group, in Capital Heights, MD. Our meeting time was 10am that day. I texted ************ because he was late. Shortly thereafter a lady identifying herself as *************'s mother, call me stating that she'd be meeting me instead of her son. We had previously set up this meeting, ************ and I the day before. The lady that said she was ************** mother met me at ************ Group in Capital Heights, MD where I gave to her $5000.00 cash for the vehicle. They had put a paper tag on the vehicle, but she did not have the title for the car. She also told me after the transaction that the car still had to be inspected in Maryland. She gave me the name of a gentleman by the name of **************** and said that he'd be calling me to schedule this appointment, not knowing that this was actually the real owner of the vehicle. The very next day the vehicle started smoking and I had to put oil in the car. The car stopped and wasn't operational. I called ************ several times with no answer. I then called his mother and told her that I wanted my $5000.00 back, using the 3 day of rescission. She sent their mechanic out and he stated whoever that had to do the oil change didn't put the oil plug back in. The car started and then within a couple of weeks I was still having issues with the car. I reached out to ************ several times and call the office with no answer. I called his mother several times with no answer. She finally did text me saying that she's not helping her son and I had to deal with the owner of the car, ****************. **************** said he has the title but wasn't giving it up because ************ never paid. His last contact said ************ had to sell her car so that she can pay him his money.

    I bought a 2016 ****** ***** from a **. ****** at his residence ************************************, Temple Hills MD*******. some time in August 2023. I made payments that include Tag and Title (Registration). I was issued with a Temporary Tag that expired 10/18/2023. Since then all effort I have made to obtain the permanent tags and title to the vehicle have proved futile. I have been to the location/office of the company Miracle Auto Import in Brandywine, MD (as referred to me by **. ******* but each time it is closed and I can not get anybody to speak with. Several telephone calls I have made to the office have gone unanswered. He, **. ****** is also avoiding my calls now. Now I can not use the vehicle because it is NOT REGISTERED and I keep paying for Insurance

    On August 4, 2023, I purchased a vehicle 2014 **** ***** **, VIN *****************, from your esteemed dealership. I received the vehicle on August 9, 2023, which malfunctioned with immediate effect - the car failed to reverse merely five blocks away. Their representative reassured me that day, agreeing to resolve the issue promptly. Subsequently, on the same day, a mechanic from your team analyzed the vehicle and conveyed that a transmission part required replacement. However, the vehicle subsequently displayed a 'transmission hot' warning on August 10, 2023, mandating an immediate halt. Despite numerous requests for vehicle service, my concerns were addressed only after your team grasped the seriousness of the issue due to job loss on my end that was directly resultant of this malfunction. Finally, on August 14, 2023 a full ten days after the purchase their dealership provided a loaner car and took my vehicle in for service. A swap for this loaner car was requested on September 1, 2023 to which I complied, only for this second loaner car to break down by September 4, 2023. Despite the promise of a suitable resolution being made by one of your employees and numerous attempts to reach the appropriate personnel since then, there has been a lack of response from their company's end. Given the severity of the safety concerns and the fact that the vehicle did not meet the implied warranty of merchantability, I request a full refund for the down payment of $700.00 and dealer processing charge of $370.00, which is a total of $1070.00. I believe this is a fair and reasonable resolution to the matter.
