      I registered my son for summer camp in March 2022. In March I inquired if space was available for him the first week of summer camp. My email was unanswered. I sent a second email on June 5th and a Third email on June 9th. Finally on June 9th I received a response and i requested a phone call for multiple reasons: 1) I wanted to confirm my dates of registration 2) I wanted to see if a refund was an option because we were double booked due to the lack of communication. On June 10th, I was told to Email my request before noon. I acquiesce and send an email at 10:08 am. I never received any response again. I reached out to another mother inquiring details about camp on June 26th (my son was supposed to attend camp on June 27th) : drop off place, time, clothing requirements, lunch, etc and she Shared a lengthy email that I never received. I decided since we had not received any communication about camp for my son to not attend and I will Request a refund since no service had been rendered. After an additional email exchange I was told the camp was enforcing a withdrawal policy as of May 11th and I could not get my money back. Parents that had registered their kids prior to May were not made aware of this change. I requested a refund and was told no.
