    On 10/22/2022 myself and a coworker ordered a pizza from the ************* ledos in Bowie md. Since we ordered the pizza online my coworker placed the order. When I arrived to get the pizza after waiting 40 minutes, I told the worker exactly what kind of pizza, the name of the person and the time the order was placed. I was told that since the order was placed online I needed to show the I.D. of the coworker that placed the order. I told the worker I didn’t have that person’s identification. I was then told that since they had a $90 chargeback once and that the owner didn’t like that. I was told that I needed to show another person’s identification to be given the pizza that we ordered. I then asked to speak with the manager and was told that the manager wasn’t coming from the back to resolve the issue. I then asked again to speak with the manager and was then told that the manager was busy managing the back of the store and wasn’t coming. I informed the worker that the policy didn’t make sense and that no other ledo’s in the area has such a policy. I then called the coworker that placed the order and still was refused unless I produced that persons identification. My coworker sent a random picture of someone that was not even an I.D. Of any sort. I flashed it so fast the was no way possible that it could have been seen. Only at that point was I given the food that we had ordered. By that time the food was cold and appetites were spoiled. Clearly this is not a policy of any sort. No other ledo’s pizza that I know of has such a policy, and I have ordered from different locations.

    Im a disabled senior and had the worst experience at ledos pizza on Martin Luther King Ave in Bowie, MD in my life. I have been to many of their restaurants, but this takes the cake. I went to pickup my pizza it was cold and poorly made (very lil cheese and meat). Mgr. Tyneisha A. refuse to remake it, give me my cash back or put my money on a give card. She said it was near closing and have to talk to the owner. Called the next day several times and talked to Mgr. Stacey J. Still got no where... still no refund or gift card. She said it wasn't her shift, so had to talk to the staff and would call me back. She never called. I called at least 4 times, but staff said she always busy or out of the store. Called their local corporate office spoke to someone named Jenny; which wasn't any help either. She seemed to be illiterated (by me calling) saying, "Yeah I know who you are. I received your 5 min voicemail last night". She offered nothing, but to forward my info the the owner Mr. Spearmint. I had lefted him several messages already; however not one call from him. After 3 days of me still having this bad pizza in my possessions (never ate it), no return call or refund. I went back to store. Still no refund, effort to resolve to problem or apology. I'm stuck with this old dried out old poor excuse of a pizza and the owner Mr. Spearmint nor his Mgt staff Tyneisha A or Stacy J cares or give a heck. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER. 3 DAYS AND NOTHING DONE.
