    My son went to Dr. Daly on Feb. 14 2020 to have his wisdom teeth removed. I have no issue with Dr. Daly as she was wonderful and did a great job. It's a shame I have to resort to a negative review to bring attention to my issue. Unfortunately, the finance office brought a 5 star review down to a 1 as this is a review of my whole experience. I am owed a large sum of money from this office in which GEHA has attempted to retrieve for me with no success. Apparently, they don't like the terms of the contract they signed and their response is now it's under review except that excuse has been used for WEEKS. I have primary and secondary insurance and the office must accept per the contract, what my primay will pay out with the secondary paying out the rest. They got very little from my secondary iinsurance which they weren't happy about and decided that I owed the money anyway so several months ago I paid them in full. I then came to find out that I owed a whopping $2.50 but I've paid over $1800!! with a $600 refund from them. I've had enough of dealing with this for over a year and I will continue to pursue every avenue I have including legal if need be. If they have a problem with their contract that they signed with the insurance company, that is their problem and not the customer's. Due to this terrible experience, I will never go to their office again and the other day when someone asked me where I took my son for his wisdom teeth, I told them excactly where not to go. I am requesting that this issue be resolved ASAP with no further excuses.
