The business was claiming that they were bidding off a property for one dollar I bid it one dollar and one at one dollar then I was contacted and told that I had to pay $8000. I told them no and then they told me that they were going to charge my car $250 for not paying $8000. Then I went on the website and hidden was a statement claiming that it was only one dollar for a down payment, which wasnt there before or was hidden.

    To whom this may concern,

Please refer to the details listed prior and during bidding:

THIS IS A BID & ASSUME AUCTION. You are bidding on the down payment and the full purchase price is ***** $. The duration of the note is 15 months. On a $1 down payment, the monthly payment would be approximately $500/month, including principal, interest, property taxes, and servicing fee. There is no prepayment penalty to pay the note off faster.
The down payment (which will be equal to the winning bid) and a deed preparation and recording fee of $500, plus 10% fee (due to bid4assets) will be due within 3 business days of the auction's close and may be paid by, cashier's check, or wire transfer.
This is a land contract sale, where the deed is held in escrow and will not be recorded until the note is paid in full. All monies paid are non-refundable.

Mr. Antonetty  was unable to complete the transaction, therefore, the transaction was completed and assessed a non-performance fee.

    Thank you,

    CS Management

Some sellers on the website use fake photos and addresses to deceive bidders in a very short period with lies and violations of law, but the website does not monitor or examine any of the auctions that resulted in injury, loss of money, as well as property.Seller ***** (And others) was dishonest and put a different location on auction that sold a division of parcel without specifying size. After we found out, that the website disallowed us to access it, let us contact the seller. We did, but the seller did not respond and kept putting it on account of the current address that sells much less.We did not have a credit card on file at the time Bid4Assets disallowed access and used internally stored information to get $250 out of our account without giving us any piece of property. The website and the seller violated the law, and never gave us any title of the property that we still want to own since we won an auction for a parcel.

I am rejecting this response because:Seller violated law without size and put wrong location to raise price much higher, and we contacted the seller within 3 days, no response, also contacted bid4assets for a long time, no result.

I sent my deposit of $5035 for an upcoming auction over three weeks prior to the auction date via ***** Bid4Assets said they did not receive my deposit and therefore I was not able to participate, which was incredibly frustrating after all of the time and research that went into preparing for the auction. Then after the auction closes, I get an email saying they did receive it after all, and will send me a refund via e-check within 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks pass, I send a follow up on the status of my refund and receive this exact reply: "Your refund is still on the list to be issued. I dont have an exact date of when it will be processed, but it should soon." Which really doesn't tell me anything. 4 weeks have now passed with no refund and no status update. Even on their website it states any refunds are sent within 10 days after the auction date. This company is very unprofessional, mishandles deposits, and cannot meet return deadlines. I will not work with this company in the future.

I bid on a land that was mispresented in the ad. The address on the ad was returning an address within the city boarder, but in fact was outside the city. It was mispresented on multiple levels and the website refused even to look into the matter. The charged me $250 and blocked me from access my dashboard on the website. I can't even access the bid in question and I can't access my pervious bids. I bought 4 lands from this website before and all of them were clear in the location and pictures of the land, and I don't have any problem with them. This one didn't provide any image of the land, or where is it located, but provided images from the city.

I submitted a bid to purchase a *** ******* county tax sale property described as a vacant lot with access going through. This attached parcel map was posted on the auction bid lot description page. My bid was placed based on the parcel map the seller provided, when i actually went by to see the actual lot, there really was NO street going through nor any access to the lot. I reached out right away to both the seller ** county tax sales and Bid4assets, request this sale to be canceled and retracted for providing the buyer misleading and inaccurate information. This parcel map provided on your auction page shows access to the lot. In reality there isn't any access at all to the lot. Neither the ** county nor the Bid4assets customer support take any responsibility for providing misleading and incorrect information. Instead the kept my initial deposit of $5035.00 I am requesting a full refund of my deposit, for Mis advertising and offering to sell a lot that provided a parcel map showing access, yet there was no access.
