      "Had a trip and fall case and spoke to REMOVEDMalloy who said I had a case and that his firm would represent me and I was given to an "intake" coordinator to sign necessary retainer paperwork and to send all photos, emails and other material related to the accident. After doing all that and having a second phone call where I was asked to give my social security number, drivers license number and health insurance card, my case was then passed off to the firm's attorney who represents all Virginia cases - REMOVED." ...
