      When this company fired me for no reason according to their own resignation letter, HR generalist ***** ****** ********* purposely hindered the process to ensure I got benefits and also hindered the *** investigation into my employment by refusing to release my pay stubs to the department of human services out of spite and simply not wanting to do his job. This process was to ensure I received the correct and necessary funding from financial assistance for my college courses. Because of blame ****** Gronewalds actions I had to wait longer than expected for aide and unfortunately I could not attend my summer course. Also ****** ****** has said horrible things about the autistic person who works in the mail room and has said horrible things about me as well which included my condition with my heart and rare genetic disorder that causes my bones and joints to be weak. ********* Oms the head of HR for the entire company was informed and did nothing. The CEO ***** was also informed of out of compliance storage of documents, illegally placing thousands of ******************* records in a public dumpster. Halilha **** as well as several others of high rank in the company allowed this to occur and participated. *** will not do a thing. Ive contacted **** and even sending a letter to the department of government efficiency to explain this kind of behavior and to explain this company waste government resources. I hope the CEO can take time to address these issues very quickly and understand the seriousness as I am actively participating in a legal process which includes the maltreatment of an autistic person and other racist remarks made by ****** ******. The only way I will drop this suite with several other former employees is if ****** ****** is terminated halilha **** is demoted and ***** ********* is terminated. Thank you I will be awaiting confirmation from ISN.

      THE **** ***** IS CORRUPT never took the time to see me. I reported it all throughout the year and guess what investigations took place, none!Making ******* video soon all about My experiences at ISN, how they put $1,000,000 worth of Americans Mortgages by the dumpster, who did it, why, and how the *** ***** refused to investigate because it was all On camera and corporate was in on it From top down all of management is compromised!!!! I would consistently request investigations on the managers, corporate officers, and supervisors for:-Sexual harassment -Sabotage -Physical Intimidation -Verbal Harassment -Most vile management I have ever seen/heard from corporate down -Negligent -Gross incompetence -HUD Policy violations -EEOC Violations -DOD Violations -Business Ethics Law Violations -Dep. of Defense violations -weapons and drugs on property!!!!!!

      I just got a letter in the mail from ISN stating that I am deliquent and they are servicing my subordinate Partial Claim Mortgage. What in the world is this? Any payments I was behind on, I took out of my 401K to help compensate my delinquent balance. Never in my wildest dreams have I ever been told that HUD paid my pass due. Never. This is the first time I am getting knowledge of such a thing existing. Can somebody please tell me what this is about? What unpaid balance are they talking about? I am not behind on my payments. It says no action needed at this time. No amounts are currently due on the Partial Claim. A Partial Claim does not accrue interest and does not require monthly payments. You may voluntarily prepay the outstanding balance of the Partial Claim in part or in full without penalty. What in the world? Do I need to get a lawyer for this? But, I'm reading the reviews that people have lawyers who's been trying to reach customer service with no luck. This is corruption and deceit at its worst!!

      This company is in contract with *** and hold liens from individuals from Covid related forbearance partial claims. My claim was paid of almost two years ago and they never filed the release. I cannot do anything with my current mortgage until it is released. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. *** service center cannot get through to them. They are horrible. *** should find a new contractor.
