Note: Gambit Rewards (Delaware File #*******) is a fully owned subsidiary of SNIPP Interactive, Inc. (Delaware File # *******). Gambit Rewards is an online gambling platform that uses points instead of dollars to skip regulatory constraints. The value of these points is equal to $0.01USD (i.e. 100 Gambit Rewards points are equal to $1 USD). This means that one dollar could be exchanged for 100 Gambit points and 100 Gambit points could be exchanged back to one dollar. On December 26, 2023 without previous notice and without letting existing customers exchange back their points to USD, Gambit Rewards devalued its points by 99%. This means, a customer that exchanged $100 USD into Gambit points could get back only $1 USD. A customer that say, bet $100 USD and won 50% would get back $1.50USD instead of $150USD.Apart from this change in the conversion rate being blatant theft (imagine if a casino did the same), it also went against use (the exchange rate was in place during all of 2022 and 2023), decency and common logic, and what Gambit explicitly advertised and guaranteed through its website and through emails. In particular, on December 2nd, Gambit Rewards sent an advertisement to its customers (see attachment) featuring some games and confirming that the exchange rate was valid until December 31st, 2023.This theft not only happened to me, but to essentially all of Swagbucks users, with Swagbucks being Gambits main partner and the source of about the totality of Gambit revenues and customers. The total amount of money I got stolen by ****** is $485USD. To date, Gambit not only has not responded to any messages (from myself or any other users) but also deactivated the accounts around March of this year, thus making impossible to even recover that 1% of face value that ****** wanted to pay.Initial Complaint

I have been a longtime user of Gambit Rewards through Swagbucks which is owned in part by your company. In addition, I along with 7 of my family members are **** and Busters account holders which also began partnering with Gambit rewards recently. On 12/26/2023, Gambit without warning reduced the value of its tokens by 99%, making $100 equal to $1. For two weeks, myself and many other Gambit users contacted their support with no response. One user finally contacted a Gambit employee on ******* who said they were unaware of the problem and to please direct message the details which is impossible to do on *******. On Friday, January 5, 2024 Gambit sent out a response saying that the conversion change was due to market conditions. Then on January 8, 2024, ****** sent out an email claiming that all of its users were engaged in illicit and fraudulent activity and that is why the conversion rate was changed and they need to conduct an audit of all users accounts. For two months, myself and many other Gambit users who have $1000 of dollars in unplayed tokens and winnings stuck in Gambit contacted support and waited for a response. We received none. Then with no communication from Gambit, on February 19, 2024 they deactivated the account. They did this to every swagbucks user even people who had not used their account in over 2 years. Gambit has again provided no communication. I did absolutely nothing wrong and can prove it. Gambit has essentially stolen thousand of dollars from its users without any justification or communication. When all of this began, I asked for a refund on my unplayed tokens and Gambit support has also not responded to that request.Initial Complaint

Hi! This is ***************, a Gambit Rewards (purchased by Snipp) user with email: *********************** On December 26th, 2023. Gambit rewards suddenly changed the conversion rate of play tokens to prize tokens from 1:1 to 100:1, effectively reducing the value of everybodys Gambit Rewards account by 99%. (a $100 winning will cash out for only $1 now). Now 99% of my money got stolen. Last December before they altered the conversion rate, I purchased multiple gift cards worth a total of ****** Gambit play tokens through Swagbucks and played games on Gambit Rewards. When I later wanted to convert, one of my transactions was affected when I converted ***** Gambit Rewards play tokens but only got 382 prize tokens worth 382 SB. They essentially took *****-382 =***** SB from me that is worth $378.86. Additionally, until today I still have ******** unused play tokens left in my account that are worth $916.01. I attached the screenshots showing the 1% conversion rate and this 382 ************** on 30th last Dec., and also showing I still have ******** play tokens left in my account.I sent several emails to Gambit Rewards customer support but only got a group replay email from them on January 8th, 2024, stating that this was done due to users using Gambitprofit.com to manipulate bets using stolen data and that they would restore the conversion rates of legitimate users. But until today my account still has not been restored. I never used any 3rd party API nor "manipulated" anything from your website before. I bet the games all by myself, including sometimes I did bet both sides to reduce the risks of losing all my points. The potential loss in my account is worth ************** prize tokens I already lost) + $916.01 (******** play tokens still in my account) = $1294.87. That is over a thousand dollars in value, so please reinstate my lost ***** prize tokens and change the conversion rate to normal rate 1:1 for me ASAP! Thank you and I am looking forward to your reply.Initial Complaint

I am a user of Gambit Rewards and on 12/26/2023, there appeared to be an issue on the website where when converting play tokens to prize tokens, only 1% of the play tokens would be converted to prize tokens, and the rest would be taken away. I immediately contacted Gambit support to alert them of the issue. Today, Gambit support responded and said that this change was intentional. This is essentially like stealing 99% of my winnings, which is completely ridiculous. No legitimate sports book would do this.Initial Complaint

I participated in a program run by Snipp.com wherein purchasing $55 or more of **** ******* products thru **** would earn the customer a $15 digital reward. I sent all the information to the text number (******) and they never fullfilled this for me. I have texted them several times and they just do nothing. I want my $15 digital reward.
