    My best friend is getting married next month, I'm the co-maid of honor. The bride was actually who referred me because she had a good experience purchasing a bride related item from them previously. I checked their site and the dresses seemed beautiful. I purchased my dress on July 30th for almost $300, I was happy initially because it was a big thing out of the way in terms of wedding prep. The dress took well over the allotted shipping time listed on their website and in the email to the point I had to contact the business about where my dress was. The customer service was poor and minimal response. Every time I asked about where my dress was I got different answers one person said it takes 15 days after ordering before they ship (it was WELL past the 15 days) another person sent a false "your order has shipped" email my order hadn't been sent out. I followed up with another email then attempted to call them my call was not answered and it was a ****** Voice number I left a voicemail then finally received a real shipment notice. My dress arrived while I was out of town at the beginning of this month. Once I returned home I pulled the dress out initially thought it didn't fit but the zipper was just very difficult to unzip. However on closer inspection I saw on the tag Bridal Babes wasn't there it's a completely different company (my bride best friend mentioned how her dress had "Bridal Babes" on the tag alluding they made these dresses. My dress says LaDivine as the dressmaker (this is not disclosed on their website), upon looking up the actual dressmaker I found my dress on NUMEROUS websites for the average of $130.00 in all colors and sizes. This company is a rip off and a scam! I advise looking elsewhere or just googling LaDivine dresses you'll find every dress Bridal Babes has on their website for substantially less money and probably much better customer service.

    After mailing the dress back to them and checked the tracking it's now been "returned to sender w/ no fwd address" because as a legitimate business they thought that was a good idea? I'm so infuriated with this situation when I literally just wanted my money back. Why am I still going through this MONTHS LATER

    I purchased a bridesmaids gown on August 9, 2024. The total cost of the dress was $189.00 after taxes and discounts. The size purchased was a large. When I received the dress on August 17, 2024, it was too small. I have sent emails, left voice messages, text messages, and wrote reviews on Instagram to receive a response back from the company. I am attempting to exchange the dress for a size XL before the wedding on September 20, 2024. The company is not communicating back with me and the refund window was only available for 14 days. I received one response asking if I was okay with a size 2x and was told the XL was sold out. I reached back out and explained that XL is available on the site and a 2x would not be sufficient. I have not received any feedback from the company. This is very frustrating and unfair to their customers.

    On October 9, 2023 I ordered and paid $42.50 for an item (white bridal robe) for my wedding scheduled for April 2024. It was an addendum to an order of robes for my bridesmaids, which I paid $211.00 for. It was considered a preorder and I was told it would be shipped prior to my wedding. On April 18, 2024, two days before my wedding, as I opened the other robes, I realized that I never received my white bridal robe that I was looking forward to wearing on my special day.I sent an email that day asking if it could be overnighted and if not requested a refund. I received a response on April 19th that I would be receive a refund along with a robe with my new last name on it to make up for their error.I did not receive either, so nearly a month later on May 13th, 2024 I sent another email to follow up. I did not receive a response, refund, or robe, so I emailed again on May 27th, 6 weeks from my initial email, to every email I could find associated with the company. I finally received a response that same day that they would cancel the production of the robe (which I did not suggest nor understand why) and to lookout for my refund shortly. It is now 16 weeks from my initial email, and I still do not have a refund or robe. I understand that errors can happen. I just feel that the aftermath was not handled well, there was poor communication, and a lack of follow through. All I ultimately wanted was a resolution in the form of a refund. (Although the robe would have still been a nice gesture to make up for the mistake.) It was not my desire to go this route, but it appears this may be the only way to secure my refund given the lapse of time.

    Order# ***** was placed on 3/31/24 for $284.36. Transaction amount deducted from my bank account on 4/1/24 Last communication sent to company via email 5/21/24:This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional.My order was placed on March 30th and we are now approaching 2 months. I can't seem to get a status update on this order or a reasonable timely response, despite several means of contacting Bridal Babes ******** Services. I have texted, emailed and left voicemail messages to no avail. "I have attempted to reach out to you on 4/25, 4/30, 5/2, 5/3, 5/5, 5/7, 5/8, 5/16, and 5/21" I may have to report this to the Better Business Bureau due to the breach and lack of responses despite numerous attempt (1 - 2 business days as stated on company website) and failure to provide service or consumer update after a transaction and payment waa received. Company last feedback on 5/21/24:Hi Kettelene,When you changed your order size, we entered production on 5/8. This will be shipped later this week within the 7-14 business day processing time frame.**************** ?? *************** Manager ??Bridal Babes ******** Service Representative.We are now in July and have not received the product or feedback. I just need the dress for an important upcoming event

    The item is still showing Unfulfilled after the company reported that the size was changed to 8 and it will be shipped 7 - 14 days on 5/21/24

    I made an online purchase on March 29, 2024. Expected item to ship within ***** days. My account is showing order was fulfilled but I have not received anything. When I check tracking number wirh **** it only shows label was created. No details of *** receiving package to be shipped. Tried emailing, chat, and phoning Bridal Babes. No answer with phone, email account is full,chat is disabled. Unable to contact business.

    I PURCHASED A ************************* **** FROM BRIDAL BABE. THE **** WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I LIVE IN ***** AND THE **** GOT DELIVERED TO A PLACE IN *******.     In June 2020 I purchased a dress for my best friend's wedding. The dress did not fit. I went back and fourth with customer service. Then I contacted ***********************, the owner, because it was covid they did not want to take the dress back. As well as they tried to use it is passed the 7 day window, which it was not and within the time frame allotted. The even even a far to say the do not do returns. The customer service team tried to state I could not return the item but ****** the owner did. I sent customer the receipts an tracking information and the postal receipt. Customer Service responded stating they would get back to me and never did. I knew I had the store credit because that what I was told that I was going to get instead of a refund. Now in 2023, I am now the Bride and I wanted to use the credit towards my day. I contacted customer to ask about restocking of items and the store credit I was owed. Bridal Babes customer service team at first was very attentive to my questions but when continued to request the store credit so I could make the purchase they stopped answering my emails. I then emailed *********************** to inform her of the issues. Then customer service responded to my email stating Idid a chargeback. I informed both Customer service and ****** that I did no such thing and sent them the bank statements to prove I only paid Bridal babes and did not get any money back. As well as forwarded them the first interactions i had with this company back in 2020. I have been going back and forth with them since January to early February, when their communication stopped.

    I returned a dress to Bridal Babes in July and have not received a refund or credit as if September 16th. I have sent several emails and have received no response.
