            To whom It may concern My name Is Ms.**** ******* I went to First home mortgage and met with Lexi I let her do a soft credit check I told her I didn't want a hard credit check I gave her my 2022 and 2023 taxes being I am self employed she had to look at my taxes 1099 she would let me know how much I would be approved for a morgage two weeks went by I tried reaching her she didn't return my call or let me know what she found out she then ran a two hard credit check on me without my permission. When I finally spoke to her she said $1.500 a month wasn't enough to get a loan any experienced lender would know that not enough to get a home loan I check my credit often I saw this hard hit on my credit from cic credit I called them and they informed me that First Home Mortgage requested them to do a hard credit check on me I am reaching to BBB for help to resolve this by having them remove this off my credit report Thanking you In advance Ms. **** ******* please feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### or email me at ************************
