  We needed to replace all the windows in our new condo so we asked neighbors and our Building Superintendent for recommendations. Kelemer Brothers was the top recommendation. When Joe K****** met with us we found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated the low key, no pressure sales presentation. Joe communicated clearly with us throughout the process and on the day of install, his team was prompt, prepared, courteous and obviously experienced. Everything went smoothly and we are very pleased with both the windows and our experience with Kelemer Brothers / A Better House.

  Kelember Brothers installed new windows in my home. From the quote until completion, the service was great. The installer was on time and friendly. He worked without a break and completed 7 windows in one day. After completion of the job he cleaned up all construction materials and rehung all of the blinds. I would recommend Kelemer Brothers for your window replacement.

  We had been putting off getting new windows for years, because of the expense. Finally decided…or the water coming in the front window decided for us, that it was time. I reached out to a few companies, big ones and small ones and scheduled estimates. Kelemer Brothers was the 3rd company to come by. As soon as I met Gabriel I knew this would be the company. I didn’t feel pressured, he did didn’t tell me in advance to have my husband available or a lot 90 minutes for a presentation. He came in, talked to me about what we were looking for and any problems that we were experiencing. Inspected and measured each window. Then shared with me his product and what his company could offer. Went out to his car and prepared a fair and AFFORDABLE quote. A quote that wasn’t going to change if I waited until the next day. That is how it should be! The day of install was also a great experience. I’d highly recommend Kelemer Brothers for your next purchase of windows or doors!

  I had the Kelemer Brothers install 11 ***** replacement windows in my home as the first stage in a multiple stage project. Joe is incredibly polite and respectful which carries through the entire window replacement experience. The installation process, materials, timing, and price were explained in great detail and with precise accuracy. The entire experience took place exactly the way that Joe explained.
  The 4 man crew showed up on time and worked like a well oiled machine. They were extremely respectful with me and also in the way they moved through my home. The install and the cleanup were completed with no mess and you can't even tell the crew was here. They even moved all of the heavy furniture for me.
  After the install was complete, Joe came to the house and walked me through the windows along with how they operate. He spent a good amount of time with me going through additional specifics and was happy to do so.
  If you want a professional window installation company, this is the one you're looking for. Top notch all the way.

  My windows were installed by the Kelemer Brothers last summer. The process was smooth from beginning to end. I specifically worked with Joe and he is a super customer service oriented man. I have always felt that my business was appreciated.
  Recently, the cleaners were pulling the windows down to clean them and one window was mistakenly pulled down incorrectly. Joe made me priority in helping to resolve the fix. In addition, after I described the what I was experiencing with the window, he knew exactly what issue I was having. I wasn't available on his first attempts to fix the window, but he followed up to make sure I was taken care of.
  KELEMER BROTHERS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME!!!

  The big task of finding a reputable window company was made easy by contacting the Kelemer Brothers. They replaced 21 windows efficiently in one day by their outstanding installers. While there were a couple of glitches, they were resolved immediately to our satisfaction by their great customer service. They are a highly reputable company & it was a pleasure doing business with them. We love our new windows!

  We recently had the pleasure of working with Kelemer brothers and we couldn’t be happier. From the start to finish , the Kelemers were professional, courteous and knowledgeable about all aspects of the installation process. The Kelemers brothers and their team were efficient and extremely professional. The finished product is beautiful. The windows look fantastic and we can already feel the difference in the energy efficiency of our home.

  My contractor advised me to call Kelemer Brothers after seeing some of their work and I’m extremely glad I did! The entire process was so easy that I still can’t believe it. I had contacted several window companies (including the buy 1 get 1 free people) and Kelemer Brothers beat their prices and date of installation. They have an excellent crew who are professional and conscientious-making sure that everything was cleaned and put back in place. Overall I love my windows-they’ve added so much to the beauty of the house. I highly recommend Kelemer Brothers and Gabriel is truly an angel!

  Where to start?? It's hard to find a company these days who obviously care about their customers satisfaction and quality of their products and services. I'm so glad I went with this company to upgrade the windows in our home. Gabriel reached out to me right away, was so pleasant, and came out to do an estimate within a day. He was in and out of the house for in less than an hour and sent me a quote I was thrilled with later that day. It all went very smoothly and I was kept up to date every step of the way. The crew that installed the windows did a great job and the windows themselves are really nice. I couldn't be happier. And a special thank you to Gabriel for being amazing!
