            I purchased a Lifesraw Family 1.0 on Amazon on 12/23/2022. It came in a box that is labeled Lifestraw. I am concerned because upon opening the box I found it was not in the plastic wrapper that it shows on Amazon. I emailed Lifestraw twice about this. I am concerned it may be a counterfeit or that it is being resold. What I want to know is it still supposed to arrive in a plastic wrapper? Lifestraw is not responding to me. I don't want to have to return the product, but I will if I don't get a reply soon. And besides that, I don't know if I want to deal with a company that doesn't respond to their customer's concerns.

            On 01/30/23, I ordered and received the Lifestraw Home 7-cup glass water filter pitcher. Upon receiving it, I followed the instructions, filled and ran water through it a few times. The water tasted horrible like drinking plastic. I ran water through it several more times, still bad water. The The Lifestraw guarentee says I can return this pitcher if I'm in any way unhappy with it. I immediately contacted Lifestraw by email (they don't list a phone number.) I was emailed an RMA number and was told to await further instructions on returning it. No further instructions were sent. I inquired twice about it, and was told the returns team would be contacted. Still no email with "further instructions" have been emailed to me. This is not 02/21/23. Are they trying to wait until the 45 day return policy has expired?
