    I paid for an event for 8 hours. The driver picked up my party at the end of the evening at the wedding venue at 10:05pm. I contacted the driver at 10:09pm stating that some of the party was left behind. The driver stated that he was not returning. There were only 13 guests on a 35 passenger bus and I had the bus until 11pm. I, Mother of the Groom, was part of the group left at the venue and I had 10 people waiting with me.

    I contacted the owner, and he stated that he would look into the situation with the driver and get back to me. After several emails to the owner, I heard nothing. If you want to use this company for a wedding, I do not recommend at all if you want all of your party to get back to a hotel. I had to pay for another van to pick up the rest of my guests. I paid $1850 for a 35 passenger bus.

    This was beyond disappointing!

    Hi ********. Based on the driver log book, your chauffer Frank indicated the final pickup time was 10:15 and drop off was 11:00 PM, as was instructed by a member of your group. He was instructed to follow these times by a member of your party. We have never had any issue with this driver giving false information in the dozen years he's been driving for the company, however, due to any inconvenience this may have caused your group, we courteously are choosing to refund your group the $200 to remedy the situation at hand. Any emails you sent us were immediately forwarded to the dispatcher, and response has taken some time because Frank has been on the road servicing other trips, and we wanted to get a verbal account on your specific situation in the last 45 minutes of your contracted trip! We hope our refund helps!

    Thank you, the refund is appreciated. I do understand that Frank stated his instructions and the log book. I want to be clear. I contacted him at 10:09 and he did not return to pick up my party. I paid for the bus as the mother of the groom, I contacted him via phone.

    I understand what Frank states the log book says. I know what I experienced with my guests. Thank you for the $200 refund that I used to pay the van driver to pick up my party and drive us back to the hotel while we were waiting in the dark.
