    The owner of *************************** Towing was driving up a one way (******************) the wrong way. At that same time I was turning from ******** BLVD onto ****************** and he hit my car. I was unable to move out of the way due to the speed the **** truck drive, *****, was driving. The damage done to my car is bad. The front bumper on the drivers side is damaged and the headlight nol onger works.

    I had a flat tire. Called the above company and was told they could come out by 7 am to take me for my appt for 7:30am. Was told that it could be done.Wasgiven a price of 90 for towing. Approximately three miles from my home. I detected some from the person who answered the call. I was asking questions. I became quiet. Promised to be on time.After 7:30 I called the towing company. Person answered said they were in transit. Would be here by eight am.Called after eight. . Operator said he was a minute away. I had called ********* to let them know that I was late, waiting on tow truck driver to arrive.Driver arrived later. I was quiet. He moved my car roughly & caused the tire to separate from the rim. The rim was riding the concrete street. I cautioned him. He replied he knew his business..He gave me a lift to *********. Seemed ******** to *********. No complaints. Was professional Explained that because we arrived so late, I would have to wait a long time. I am a senior & have a permanent disability.I tried to leave to let service technicians at ********* know we had arrived. He was taking a long time.He said they would get me out by twelve. He knew how they worked.He requested payment. I stayed to get my card back. I told him I was going to take my car keys into shop. He said he would do it?! I took the out. Let him know.The technician said they had to change my appt time. While in the shop I see a digital receipt for $100.00 not the ninety agreed upon.I called him immediately. He said there was a 5% user fee charged for a debit card?! Never mentioned by him.I explained that he should have mentioned it. But that it still didnt amount to $100. He became very disrespectful. Yelling, cursing. He hung up. But said he would come on my porch & out the ten dollars. Told him not to put in my mailbox. Request $10.00 be restored..Called today. He yelled cursing, yelling. Said I had no relief. I told him I wanted him to return the money. Never recommend.
