    I enrolled my daughter in swim lessons through Dolphin University on October 4, 2022. She was scheduled to attend every Wednesday with a rolling admission. Tuition for her program was $27.75 per week.

    I received a text message on 11/01 and 11/29 that her swim lesson for those days had been cancelled and that a makeup token had been added to our account for a free class. On 11/20 I was charged $83.25 for her December tuition. On Friday 12/2 I received an email from their CEO that they were cancelling all classes for the remained of the year while they did some "restructuring" of their business office. The email advised that if your Dec tuition had already been paid (which ours had) that it would be credited to our account for use in after the new year. Since then I have attempted to contact them via telephone, email, and social media (**) to follow-up on plans to restart classes. I have never received a response. No one answers the phone. I have heard from other parents that the instructor moved to California. At this point I have located a different swim program for my daughter and would just like my money from December's tuition back.
