    Hold time is 2 hours long on a WEEKDAY before 2pm, then if you decide to wait the 2 hours you are met with a representative who says "Oh I'm sorry I can't hear you, please call back at another time." and the representative hangs up on you. *** needs to get this together the calls people are making are obviously important, we are trying to pay off debts and avoid having wages garnished or registration suspended and but it is literally impossible to get any substantial help when you have to wait 2 hours to speak to someone just to get hung up on. and the website is horrific and doesnt offer any helpful solutions so you HAVE to call! Like how in the world is the wait time 2 hours long are there only 3 people working at at time??? FIX THIS

    This is a horrible a business. They open at 830am and there is 2hr wait on the phone upon calling first thing in the morning. The phone cuts off after with no one picking up. All I wanted to do is pay a debt and it makes it is very inconvenient and borderline sabotage for customers to be able to pay debts at this place of business. I emailed them multiple times for some information and got nothing back. At this point I am not even sure if this is a actual business. Consequently for the working class customers who cant necessarily come in physically to their office it makes it impossible to pay for anything at this place of business.
