    "I first called before showing up today and was told I could do a walkin and that the dr would be in at 2, only to get there at 2:09 and they state they are not taking walkins. When I provided proof of speaking to someone at 12:07 they looked into my chart and exclaimed I need to see an ophthalmologist which has no bearing on me getting an exam today I request to speak to the owner whom I had no clue was standing there the entire time as I expressed what was told to me." ...
