I purchase the 647 low calorie products from Schmidt Baking Company, and have for years. In September , 2022, two separate times the rolls were moldy before the sell by date. I called customer service and spoke with Kimberly ******. She was not very nice on the phone, which was strange for customer service, but I kept things cordial and supplied the information she requested. She told me replacement coupons would be sent out. They never were. I then called back and left messages three other times in the month of November, with the last one being 11/14/2023. I also filled out the online form TWICE during the beginning of November in case Kimberly ****** was out or something. Well, not one of my attempts resulted in an email, callback or any type of correspondence. I believe I paid $3.99 for each of the packs of rolls, but I think at this point, a coupon for each is not enough. I would like acknowledgement that something is being done about Kimberly ****** on top of the replacement coupons. I explained to Kimberly that I buy there bread and Rolls products every single week and was happy, but just wanted the replacement coupons. Surprised that she could not care less about a loyal customer, and instead chooses to simply ignore me. I attempted to contact upper management, but they do not allow me to connect to them. I also tried to speak with an operator by pressing 0 at the directory as per the instructions. However, pressing 0 only results in being immediately disconnected.
