    I PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH AT 8:14PM, THE ETA WAS 8:39PM. AT SOME POINT SOMEONE ENTERED THE ESTABLISHMENT AND STOLE MY ORDER. I HAD BEEN REASSIGNED THREE DRIVERS THROUGH THE SYSTEM, THE THIRD DRIVER INFORMED ME THE FOOD HAD ALREADY BEEN PICKED UP. I NEVER RECEIVED THE FOOD. I CALLED THE RESTAURANT! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS! FIX IT! "TIM" IF THAT WAS HIS NAME, WAS THE MANAGER ON DUTY AND VERY NONCHALANT ABOUT THE ORDER BEING STOLEN FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT. THE TOTAL COST $46.62, I ORDER THE SAME THINGS CHICKEN MADEIRA, THIS TIME WITH A SLICE OF CHEESECAKE. WHEN THE DASHER CONFIRMED WITH THE RESTAURANT THE FOOD WAS TAKEN BY MISTAKE, KNOWING THAT I AM A CONSISTENT CUSTOMER, SHOULD HAVE AT THE VERY LEAST PROVIDED ANOTHER MEAL. I WON'T BE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

    On Friday September 9, 2022, a friend and I went to Cheesecake Factory for dinner. We love to Cheesecake Factory coming for dinner. It is my favorite place. She order small fish with fried sweat potatoes and broccoli. It took the waiter with the food forever. However, we noticed another couple come in and place their order. It came right away. My friend order was cold. She didn't want to return her plate. She complaint to the manager. The manager brought her a warm dish. The manager didn't offered a discount. The waiter took forever to come to our table. We have been to others cheesecakes factory and never experienced this kind of poor hospitality. If they want to keep up with the business, they have to do better than to push customers away. We know the shortage of staff. The food was so nasty that I won't even feed my dog with it. If this continues, they would be reported to the health department. So, please do right.
