The membership into Legacy Research (known as the company in this writing) began on August 11, 2021, the research and recommendations from the company and the company itself seemed fine as far as could be known, until an email was received from the company on February 13, 2024, a copy of this email has been uploaded. Representatives The email pointed out unethical behavior within the company, this behavior has created mistrust with its clients. A lifetime subscription was purchased and has recurring annual payments, this subscription has little or no value going forward, as the company can no longer be trusted with the recommending or researching of other companies and/or financial products. Over $10,000 is a lot of money to pay for tainted research and recommendations. A full refund has been requested from the company and refused by the company. The reason for a full refund request is because it would be impossible to do a pro-rated refund of a lifetime subscription. Based on the unethical behavior of company representatives, I would advise anyone searching for a company to do research and make recommendations of financial products to stay far away from Legacy Research Group, LLC as the company is highly untrustworthy.
