I apologize that this was the customer’s experience. Based on the contact information provided, I was able to review their account and I believe that having two emails on file may be part of the problem with logging in as we have a @gmail and a @yahoo account for them. According to our records, the @yahoo account was used to login from the date that this customer purchased our product (10/4) until today (10/10) when they canceled.
As far as a refund, this customer purchased the Elite/Lifetime level of one of our products for $322.77 on 10/4/2023 and then reached out in the same day to have our team downgrade to the Annual subscription instead. Upon doing so, our customer service agent refunded the difference, so that only the $49 (plus applicable tax) for the annual subscription would have been kept and the rest would have been processed for a refund, which can take 5-7 business days.
I also show that they called our customer service team on 10/6 and 10/9 for assistance with logging in and accessing their special reports. Yesterday, one of our agents emailed them the login information and the special report “AI Master Key” that was part of their purchase. Our confirmation emails typically contain login details to help our customers get started as well as any promised reports. I have reviewed this promotion and see that the links to login and the special reports were included in the confirmation email.
The customer called our customer service team again today to cancel their annual subscription. The agent that they spoke to has put in a request to refund the remaining amount, which is in line the 90-day money back guarantee that was offered on this promotion. I have also updated their email preferences to stop all marketing and free e-letters to their email, which can take 2-3 days to full stop. Should this customer have any additional questions or concerns moving forward, I would ask that they contact our team at ###-###-#### or [email protected].

I certainly apologize for any technical issues this user was experiencing. I have reviewed their account and, based on the information provided, I do not see a call or email to our customer service team so that we may assist with updating their billing information. The subscription that appears to be missing updated payment details is already suspended in our system. We would ask that this customer call us at (800) 219-8592 or email us at [email protected] for assistance.

This whole website is clearly a money grab. I just want to cancel my subscription, but have been unable to do so. I don't know why anyone would take investment advice from such a clearly shady company. Shame on me for not looking more into this company before signing up. I am now on a recurring subscription that appears to be impossible to cancel...
And the endless emails are incredibly annoying. I've unsubscribed to their emails (and their subsidiaries/affiliates emails) many times, with no result what-so-ever.
It's clear that their website, and business model as a whole, has been very well thought out as a means to extract maximum money from customers while offering almost nothing in return.
I will continue to attempt to cancel my subscription, but I don't have high hopes.

      This customer ordered a
product of ours on 7/13/2023 for $49. A full cash refund is available for this
promotion, so the customer would have just needed to call or email our customer
service team to cancel and receive their refund. Based on the contact information
provided, I am not seeing a phone call or email, but I would be happy to assist
now by canceling and issuing that refund. The customer should see the full
amount returned to their card in about 5-7 business days.

      I have also confirmed that
they successfully unsubscribed from all marketing and free e-letters on
7/18/2023, they should only be receiving the emails associated with their
purchase. If they continue to receive unwanted emails, I would ask that they contact
us at (800) 219-8592 or [email protected] so that we can look into this further for them.

I appreciate this customer taking the time to share their
concerns regarding our content and apologize for the delay in our response. Based
on the contact information provided, I am only able to locate an account that
was subscribed to our free e-letters.

Our newsletter service is designed to provide a range of
investment opinions and strategies from our team of analysts. We believe that
offering various viewpoints allows our subscribers to make informed decisions
based on their own investment goals and risk tolerance.

I have updated the preferences for this account to stop our
marketing and free content from being sent. Should they have any specific
concerns or if there is anything more they would like to discuss regarding our
service, we invite them to contact us at (800) 219-8592 or [email protected]

This company appears to be fraudulent. I authorized a $US 66.00 charge on Jul 01 2023 for a trial investment letter for a year. When I checked the credit card, there was a pending transaction for Cdn $448.91 - an amount not even close to what I authorized. I immediately called their stated customer services line (listed number) and was told that everyone was at a meeting. When I tried to leave a message, they advised the line was NOT MONITORED for existing clients. I have contacted MasterCard for the charge, as I believe it is fraudulent; certainly it is not even close to the US $66,00 I did authorize July 01, 2023. It sound like this Better Business Bureau site is 100% accurate in rating the business "NR." Only time will tell.

      Dear Customer,
Our records indicate you purchased a lifetime version of the publication online, which is the reason for the $337.87 USD charge.
Additionally, we show no calls from your account since March 21, 2023.

      IWC

      Date: 07/21/2023

I did NOT order a lifetime subscription, although if the one year trial offer was useful, then I might well extend that term as a result of my satisfaction. The forms I printed off do NOT suggest I was doing anything other than try the one-year trial. I have tried FIVE times to reach the company for explanation, and each time I have only been able to get a recorded message that their Customer Service staff was unavailable, for one reason or another, and to call back. I also e-mail three days ago, to the e-mail address they gave me on the order site, and have not had any return call to Jul 21/23 12:15 EDT. This seems to me more than a difference of opinion; it appears fraudulent. How can I expect good investment advice from a company that does business in this way? I have asked, in my e-mail, for a credit for the charge in excess of their trial offer, and will wait week or so to see if they do the right thing. If not, I will know they are not reputable, and treat the transaction here as FRAUDULENT.

Luke offered a stock that was going to "save the world" he caught me at a weak moment and I signed up, it cost me $2000. Upon further investigation the stock was not very stable, it kept going down in price so I sold the stock and tried to get a refund. They would not give me a refund even though I was within the 30 day window, they would only give me a credit towards another purchase. This is ridiculous. I can not find another service that is something I want. I have had the credit on account since last Sept (22).
When a saleman lies to you and then when you find out the are lying then and you ask for a refund and the answer is no let me lie to you some more. You only paid over $2000 for me to lead you into more losses. It is wrong. You buy something of very poor quality and they say you can exchange it for something else of very poor quality.

I certainly apologize for this customer’s experience and for
our delayed response. After reviewing this account, it appears that the
customer purchased another product online in April and then used the remainder
of their credit in September when purchasing a second subscription in September.
Should they need any assistance or wish to discuss this further, I would
encourage them to contact us at ###-###-#### or [email protected]

This company offered a lifetime subscription to their Vanguard newsletter. I paid out $795 for a lifetime subscription as I had subscribed to this newsletter for years. I should have seen the red flags as to why they would offer a lifetime subscription. They collected my money only to then cancel out the newsletter and offer a bunch of other hype newsletters which are way different than the long term outlook of the Vanguard newsletter which I had subscribed to. As a person near retirement all of these other services do not provide me any value and just clog up my email inbox. I have cancelled all of the junk letters coming in and am not happy that they took my money and ran. They appear to be a bunch of snake oil salesman to me!

I would first like to apologize for our delay
in addressing this matter, as well as for any inconvenience or confusion that
may have arisen due to this transition.

      The lifetime subscription, initially purchased
at the cost of $795 with a low annual maintenance fee of $29 in June of 2019 was unfortunately discontinued in May of 2023. Our team made arrangements to
provide subscribers with two alternative products that aim to uphold the same
high standards of expertise and analysis. We had communicated this in
the weeks leading up to the change to try to proactively address any concerns that subscribers may have had.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience cause
by us regrettably having to discontinue this service.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. A lot of
Advertising, marketing and bluster but that’s all it is. Spent about $3,500 in subscriptions and had no winners! They probably get paid on the other end to pump up horrible picks. Their marketing only shows “after the fact” deals. I can predict yesterdays weather too! Worst
      Part about it is read
The small print. They feel more than comfortable checking the auto renew box for you so it hits your credit
Card automatically. When calling to get the credit off of my account after them seeing I never even signed back in they said NO to the refund! So I will pursue it with my bank to get credit but strongly urge non of you reading this do business with this horrible Marketing company! Disruptor stocks my ass!! All
Lies hype and pump! If their picks were
So good they wouldn’t have to spend so much in marketing to sell you subscriptions, auto check renew boxes and then not refund money to buyers who had obviously been scammed and wanted no more to do with them. Stay clear
      Of these horrible
      Hucksters! 5/23/2023

I am very sorry to hear that
this was this customer’s experience with our products and certainly apologize
for the delay in our response to this review.

      We outline the subscription
terms on our confirmation emails to try to explain the renewal process in an
effort to avoid any confusion that can lead to negative experiences such as
this one. It is specified that the subscription will automatically renew
annually, the amount that will be charged on the renewal date, and that you may
cancel within our guarantee period to receive credit towards another product.
We also include the instructions on how to cancel and that cancelation notice
would need to be provided prior to the renewal to prevent that charge.

      I apologize again that this
was the experience that this customer had with our products during a volatile
      time in the market.

InvestorPlace Media is flooding me with unwanted emails with the header "Finance Wisdom". I did not request and do not want these solicitations. I've asked the company (Finance Wisdom) to remove me from their listserv yet they continue to send me emails. I have not attempted to remove my email from a link provided in one of their emails because, on the basis of in internet reviews, this company appears to be untrustworthy. What will it take to get them to stop harassing me with emails.

I apologize for our late response to this. I have reviewed
the account that is linked to the contact information provided and do not see
any emails being sent to this user after April of 2021. There is a chance that

emails, we urge them to contact us at ###-###-#### or [email protected] so that we can look into this further for them.
