              Without any request from me, this company began spamming me by email advertising too-good-to- be-true investment offers. I "unsubscribed" from these spam emails that I never subscribed to, but the company continues to bombard my inbox at even greater frequency. Legitimate companies do not behave this way. I never sent the company any money. I would like to leave 0 stars, but BBB does not allow that.

              Hi ******, as we addressed in your formal complaint, Banyan Hill is not sending emails to you. Your email address isn't on any of our promotional lists, nor have you signed up for any of our services. If it was us, unsubscribing to our emails is simple - we provide an unsubscribe link at the footer of all of our promotional emails. I'm sorry you are having a bad experience, but it is not because of Banyan Hill and it is disingenuous of you to say that it is.
