    I live at *************************************************** and I have been complaining to the leasing office (triangle management) all year about all of the trash out back and nothing is ever done about it. There are 3 dumpsters out back always thrown all over the place, dumping from junk removal, loose trash and dirty pampers and human feces, and broken furniture. Alot of the times the trash is right outside my back door. It's a horrible stench outside which blows in through the air conditioning units and all the garbage attracts more rats and roaches. The leasing office does nothing about it. I am a clean person who pays full price to live there and I live on the first floor where the garbage effects me the most. The pictures I am attaching are how it looks on a decent day which is unacceptable.

    Multiple complaints about noise and this problem was not fixed my family cant sleep at night and wanted to leave this property but will be charged with breaking lease and was told that noise complaints does not give you the right to break lease i have emails as proof of noise complaints and also recordings of neighbors making noise

    Were sorry to hear about the disruption youve been experiencing and truly appreciate your patience.

    We understand how important a peaceful environment is, and we take noise complaints seriously. We have reached out to the neighboring residents to remind them of the buildings quiet hours and community guidelines.

    It is difficult to enforce these guidelines at times as neighbors deny they are making any noise or claim the source of the noise is coming from somewhere else.

    If the issue persists, please keep us informed with any documented dates or timesit helps us address the matter more effectively.
