      Working with ***** and now Raven has been a very easy transition. Both ladies answered all calls and emails .they kept me informed about all concerns and problems that I had about the maintenance in the unit. Thank you for handling everything in a kind and professional manner.

      Bay Management was left with a nightmare taking over our property when ****** Properties went bankrupt. They did not have copies of our leases or our apartment keys. When ****** and her associate **** reached out to us as the new property managers, I reached out to them to let them know that they had nearly 30 tenants who were gun shy given how badly we were treated by the previous two owners of the building. I couldn’t have been more pleased than the day they both stopped by to introduce themselves in person.

      Bay Management Group is the best property management company, and *** is the best property manager! He always responds promptly to my concerns, and he looks out for my tenant's concerns as well. He is very communicative, and is an excellent liaison between my tenant and me.

      Bay Property Management Group recently acquired our building after months of neglect from our previous management. So far, my experience has been great. The property manager for the building has been responsive and willing to assist with requests. Additionally, the technician, ***, has gone above and beyond to fix the issues that have piled up in my apartment.
