    I have been going here for over 5 years and their service is horrible. I have custom orthotics that were requested last year and it took them over 2 months to make. They claimed it would be 2 weeks, the originally forgot to order them. I then had to come back in to rescan my foot. I finally got them. It is now under a year and I called to ask the warranty information. I was told it depends on how long I have had them. I told them, I have had them since 8/2/2023. This is under 1 year. I was then told ok, we'll I don't know the answer. So she researched and asked if they could be repaired. I described that there are 2 large holes and rhey are coming apart. She still said she didn't know the warranty information. I was told I could come in and have them looked at, but I asked to know what the warranty information is before coming in and being charged again. She could not give me that information so here we are. I really just want a replacement that will last me over 1 year. I had been told these should last 10 years.
