He was very knowledgeable and explained all of my options (including replacement and various repair options and their comparative pricing) as well as the membership package and its benefits. 5 starsCalled on the 22nd afternoon for a kitchen drain clog. They came this morning (23rd) at first opportunity. The technician (******** *******) was prompt and did a great job unclogging the drain and cleaning up afterwards. We have relied on Len the plumber for all our plumbing needs for about 10 years now. 5 stars****** **** was my technician today. He arrived as scheduled and took the time to discuss what I wanted to have done along with possible options. With job approved he went to work.
