    As a former Director with Fit2Go, I feel obligated to expose how this company operates. I was misclassified as a 1099 contractor while expected to manage a full client base, coordinate assessments, consultations, hiring, scheduling, building communications, client follow-***, content creation, and moreall unpaid. Compensation only applied to training sessions: 75% for mine, 15% for others. I also created their class formats, pricing, and compensation models that have since increased company revenue nearly 10xwith no additional pay or recognition.I was asked to provide a professional headshot and shown mock-*** of business cards and landing pages using my name, credentials, and image, which were never publicly launchedbut demonstrate intent to use my professional identity for company gain without appropriate compensation. I was expected to hold an in-person interview at my private gym and initially pressured to personally purchase a body composition scale and tape measure. Fit2Go eventually sent a ring light, calipers, and tapestill reinforcing their intent to shift business expenses onto me.Fit2Go, LLCthe entity listed in the contractwas forfeited in MD and is not registered in **, rendering the contract legally unenforceable. Despite this, they attempted to impose a 30-day notice clause and assert control over IP and client retention. When I raised these concerns, my email access was revoked. Thankfully, Id already downloaded proof of misclassification and unpaid labor.This company does not operate with transparency or ethics. Partners and prospective clients deserve to know the truthand beware.
