    During an emergency visit, I was charged almost $2000 for removing a toilet, getting rid of the clog and re-installing the toilet!Plumbers were here from ~ 5pm to ~ 7:42pm, which is less than 3 hours.Emergency rate with this company is $280/hr, but according to their Vice President * Thorney ****** ) emergency rates start after 4pm.- This means anything before 4pm should not be charged at their emergency rate.He also mentioned the reason that the bill was so high was that I was being charged 7 hours of work, instead of a little less than 3 hours.His explanation for this was that in addition to the emergency hourly rate, there is a port-port charge, where you pay the plumbers driving time to and from your *******, they started the plumber's call a little after 2pm and did not arrive until after 5pm?? No way it took 3 hours to arrive, plus that would have started before 4pm * when their emergency hours are not active ), which would make the hourly rate lower.Thorney also mentioned that the plumber did not get home till after 9 pm, so I was being charged from a little after 2pm to: a little after 9 pm, which is where that 7 hours came from.This is completely unacceptable & seemingly fraudulent & I have started a complaint with the attorney general in regards to ******* ************************* are the ones that called them during the emergency.
