  Unhappy because after several conversations with the owner/manager about where the services were supposed to be completed at, they are still not fulfilling that obligation. I was basically made to feel like I'm not telling the truth eventhough I have Ring cameras.

  We love Organic Lawns.
  We have used them for a loooong time.
  Our lawn always looks great and feels wonderful under foot.
  Office and staff are very kind and easy too deal with.
  The organic products they use makes it safe for pets, grandchildren and wild life.

  Poor communications with a Lack of Price Plan and Billing Transparency. I called today (Feb 14, 2025) to cancel my service and was told that I still owed for 2 treatments from last September! My account was supposed to be automatically charged to my cc.
  I called Rob last fall with a new CC number to bill. He told me today the charge didn't go through because he had the old card number, but... he had the new card's expiration date. When was he going to say something?? It has been 5 months and he still did not contact me, I only found out because he I wanted to cancel the service.
  Rob's explanation.. the new card "must not" have been entered into the system. Hmmm??
  They did not provide a written contract with an exact number of visits or pricing.
  Online states $64.95/visit, yet I was being charged $67.95/visit. When I questioned Rob his explanation was he was giving me a "Premium-Plus Package" for a reduced rate. However, last year I only received 8 visits and I never asked to be upgraded.
  I would not recommend them.

  I have never received a written contract from Organic Lawns, despite paying for their services throughout this year. I have left many voicemails, and spoken directly with Rob, requesting this document.Today (8/30/2024), at 11:19 AM, I spoke with Rob about being charged for services that have not been done. He asked me to call him this afternoon, and he will answer my questions. I have lost trust in his company, and need to have my Contract cancelled. How will I be able to cancel this Contract without a written copy of this document?

  I just want to say how pleased I am with rob and his crew. My yard has never looked better then it does now. Darren does such a wonderful job on my yard he is very respectful to me and always says hello . He is very knowledgeable and you should be very pleased to have him as an employee.

  We have utilized the services of this lawn care company for the past couple of years. We are very happy with our lawn’s appearance, health and maintenance.
  Rob and his crew are very honest, available and promptly reply to every request.
  We have two family dogs and were very concerned about any adverse impacts the lawn treatments might have on them. One of my dogs has severe allergies.
  Rob assured me that his products are organic, approved by Montgomery County, Maryland, and are also pet and human “safe.” So far so good.
  We sincerely appreciate the superb care taken with our lawn - it is the pride of the neighborhood.
  We appreciate how well the back yard is also doing after we removed a large above ground swimming pool.
  The program that we are utilizing seems to be working very well.
  We appreciate the patience, professionalism, expertise and kind demeanor of the owner - we highly recommend this company without hesitation or reservation.

  I'm a new customer and very impressed with the professionalism in dealing with Rob and the lawn tech, Darren, who did my first treatment. Darren explained everything to me he was doing and provided suggestions on trouble areas in my lawn. I see the results of their service on my neighbors lawn, who recommend me to them. Their lawn is beautiful, green, lush and healthy and I look forward to my yard looking the same and giving a five star rating.

  I've been a customer of Organic Lawns since 2014, and I appreciate the stellar customer service rendered by Rob and his team. With all the leaves in my yard in the fall, he's happy to reschedule the treatment until I can get them up. I've never had an issue with billing or scheduling. In addition, the lawn treatments have improved my lawn greatly!
