    As a new customer I have only used them 3 times but so far so good.I received a text from my sudster introducing themselves and a time they would be coming to pick up my laundry.The following morning another text from the company updating me and another text from my sudster when they would be dropping off my laundry.I like that I have the option of meeting them at my door and handing off my laundry to them and the same on the return.Clothes clean, folded and wrapped in plastic.You also have options on water temperature and are able to make other requests.They are reasonably priced.Give them a try.

    Do not download this app, unless you want your clothes to get destroyed!
    I sent my clothes to be washed and dried, sent my laundry soap and softener completely full (for tons of loads, would normally last me a month). The person took my clothes "used" all my supply and brought my clothes back in trash bags. With stain in brand new itens that were never used. Contact support and they brushed me off. Do not send clothes to them. Not worth it!

    I was so excited about not having to do my spa laundry for the first time! Unfortunately, this was a bad experience. There was communication, but it was like the sudster had to be reminded she was doing a job. She told me to put my laundry out at 1pm for pickup and at 5:00pm it was still sitting out there. I texted her via the app, and it was finally picked up. She said her app was down or something and couldn’t find my address. The next day (Friday) she told me at 10am she was finishing up my laundry. At 7pm it had still not been dropped off. I texted her and it was finally dropped off about 7:15pm. Now technically it states they have til 8pm either way, but my sudster was “updating” me with a time frame she didn’t keep. We’ll, not a great start but at least I didn’t have to do my laundry! So wrong. It was folded nicely but smelled of smoke and like it had sat in the washer a bit (like sour) or possibly folded damp and put in the plastic bag. Giant no for me and my spa standards. I had several people smell it and unanimously it was “this stinks bad”. I gave my sudster a poor rating (not something I love to do ) Customer service contacted me and basically told me to relive the process (leave all the laundry bagged, sudster pick up, do the laundry, drop off). If they deemed I was lying about the smell, they’d charge me again. Not a viable solution for me since I need my laundry to work and I’m not risking it again. I took it all home to rewash myself and am $30 poorer for the experience. I’m sure there’s good experiences out there, but it’s not worth it unless you have time and money to throw away.

    Don't believe their statement that they use ******, **** and ********. First wash of cothing was 40#, 90% ofmy clotns. I got behind due to knee pain and now recovering from a knee replacement. I requested hypoallergenic detergent as I am sensitive to dyes and fragrances. My first order I put in at 1pm on 4/22 having the information at the bottom of the order screen that my laundry wouldbe picked up the next day between 8am and 8pm. 430p I get a knock on the door, my Sudster was here to pickup my clothes, luckily I already had then collected my laundry close to my door. Sudster said she wanted to get an early start. She stated I didn't answer her messages but was in the area so decided to see if I was home. The messages are in the SudsShare app which I did not know to check as the instructions/ information is very lacking on website, and no notification accompanied the message. I expected text honestly since they as, for your mobile number.My first Sudster (as the washers are called) Used Arm and Hammer Sensitive skin with added fragrance. I got a 'free wash' so could get them rewashed if I wanted.
    I went on companies live chat with agent. The agent seems to think a free wash so I could have clothes rewashed from Sudsters error, is enough and doesn't understand being compensated for previous orders loss time, and the inconvenience of washing a second time, having my clothes gone for 5 days instead of 2, and the wear on my clothes. I was told I was sent a picture of laundry detergent and approved it. When he realized I could not access the picture, he did not acknowledge or apologize, only stated he didn't know all of what the customer has access to. When I asked for further compensation for my trouble he stated 'you got a free wash that should be enough - I don't consider the credit given for a wash so I can rewash due to a mistake Sudshare company made a 'free wash'.

    I had a great experience with this company today. My pickup and drop off person was Samantha. She had great communication skills and my laundry was perfect. I appreciated her being on time and the extra care she provided. I will continue to send my laundry to SudShare.

    FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, NEVER AGAIN!!!!
    Firstly, they have you put in directions in order to find your house/apartment. I did exactly that in detail. The first employee said she couldn’t find it even with the details. The second employee they sent out was not the person that I talk to. I was texting a woman and a man called me. He told me that he knocked on my door. However, my neighbor, my dog mirror, my boyfriend heard a knock. We also have cameras, and no one was seen on our camera. I refused to use this company again I don’t even understand. Because I can’t give zero stars nor negative I gave them one star.

    Terrible customer service. We had an issue of receiving someone else’s laundry, and it remained unresolved for more than 5 hours because the app-based business doesn’t have a direct phone line for customer service. The only resolution we got for having someone else’s laundry mixed in with ours (unsettling), and potentially paying for the weight of it, was a delayed apology from the company’s super unresponsive chat support with a request to help them remedy the situation, only to have them ignore our confirmation of the requested actions. Terrible customer service all around.

    This is not a premium service.It’s for convenience.If you’d like that, drop off at your local laundromat for more than twice the price. Sudsters work for near or less than minimum wage, total waste of time for them if there isn’t a tip.Think about how much you would have to get paid to pick up someone’s dirty laundry, pay to wash it out of your pocket, fold it, and take it back.It’s nearly impossible to do a single load from pickup to delivery in less than an hour and a half and pay for a load is roughly $15. That’s before gas, detergent, bags, and cost of laundromat or utilities.
    Granted there are obviously some bad apples but they are weeded out very very fast and you’ll be unlikely to have a major issue again.
    Don’t be petty with your reviews in the app because while unfortunately you you can get rid of a good Apple almost just as easily. Workers are punished very severely for getting even the slightest complaint.
    An item might have a damp spot, something not folded perfectly, an item might end up in another bag due to weight issues. Think about how much of an issue something is before rating less than 5 because you could be costing someone their job. It takes 5-10 perfect orders to make up for a subpar review. These things should be reflected in tips and not reviews unless it’s something serious like cigarette smoke, not folding, damaged items, etc.
    Many sudsters are also being overworked and underpaid at other full time jobs, and also have children and other obligations. Set your expectations with this in mind.
    Again the app and price you’re paying is simply for your convenience so don’t expect absolute perfection every time and hurt a hard working employee. Their system makes things extremely difficult for employees when customers are super picky. Service that meets or exceeds your expectations should be reflected in a tip.
    Also be courteous with your laundry. For example nobody wants to pick out a pair of feces covered clothing out of your bag.

    New customer on 3/4 with immediate text that my service will be picked up between 3-7pm from Queen-my ‘sudster’ it is 1:15 on 3/5 and after countless texts with Queen, my laundry is still at my house! I rescheduled things at least 3 times trying to accommodate her and I can’t begin to explain my frustration! This was an experience I would never have imagined. I’m using very nice vocabulary

    If I could give ZERO stars I would! They should NOT be allowed to be in business! Late delivering my laundry back. Not even CLEAN! Not completely dry, full of dryer lint and blotches from powder detergent even though I provided my own detergent which did come back, but was untouched. It was a brand new jug. Missing several items, over $200 worth! Plus several things that did come back were ruined! DON'T USE THEM! I TRIED to get it resolved, but lack of care on their part. I did dispute the charges and was issued a credit by my bank, but as far as I'm concerned, they owe me!
