    Internet service is unstable and often down.Customer service is frequenrly unavailable and uncommunicative when there are any problems.

    ***** ****** of  ************* ********** contacted yondoo Broadband to report no internet connection on 5/25/25 after the call center closed. We attempted to follow up with the subscriber on 5/26/25 after reviewing his service remotely via our diagnostic systems, which reflected that the service was online; we were unable to reach the subscriber and left a message requesting follow up. The subscriber contacted yondoo Broadband again on 5/28/25 reporting no internet connection for several days. Again, we reviewed some basic troubleshooting steps (verifying connections, rebooting equipment) since our diagnostic system showed that the subscribers modem was online and connected. We offered to send a field technician out to his home on 5/29/25, at which time the subscriber advised he would not be available for the appointment, but requested that we check the exterior of home, sharing his belief that the inside wiring and connections to the modem were good and not the issue. A yondoo Broadband field technician responded to the subscribers request on 5/29/25 and found no issue on the outside of the home. The customer did not contact ********************** after the visit.

    yondoo Broadband attempted to contact the subscriber multiple times in July due to the delinquency on his account. Due to the lack of response, the service was disabled due to non-payment on 7/24/25. On 7/24/25 the subscriber made a partial payment on the account and attempted to contact yondoo Broadband after hours. yondoo Broadband followed up with the customer on 7/25/25 to advise if the receipt of payment and reactivation of his services.

    On 8/11/25 the subscriber spoke to a ************* Supervisor regarding connection complaints and wanted to make sure all outside connections were good reporting connectivity issues. During the call the Supervisor attempted to confirm how many wireless devices were connected to the service, since the subscriber was only paying for the 10 MB download internet service; at that time the subscriber could not confirm how many devices were using the **************** at one time, but again insisted the issue was not inside his home. The Supervisor set up a same day field response to address the subscribers concerns. The field technician responded to the residence on 8/11/25, called the subscriber once on site and confirmed that the subscriber only wanted the technician to check services from the outside. The technician replaced some outside connectors and never saw the **************** assigned to the subscriber drop. Upon further investigation, the technician discovered a cable running into the attic through one of the vent holes, near where our service originated. Based on this discovery the subscriber was advised that we would need access to the attics and possibly the connecting homes to investigate further; the subscriber again denied access inside. A new fiber optic plant has been installed in the community and a plan for the fiber optic network connection and related construction was discussed with the subscriber.

    Customer Service spoke with Mr. ******* he stated that he himself did not post this review.

    Yondoo Broadband where we live in Port Hueneme, CA has disruptions of service weekly. What’s most frustrating is usually the outage happens at the beginning of the weekend. They are closed over the weekend so you can’t even tell them in order for the problem to be fixed. This has been going on for over 4 years. We’ve had equipment replaced and had someone from Yondoo out to our place many times but the problem persists. They are taking advantage of the face there are few competitors in the area.

    We have been upgrading the service in the area but we do not control the telecommunications lines from major carriers that feed to our lines.  We also maintain an after hours service that has the ability to reach out to our technical support team evenings and weekends when our customer care division is closed.  In reviewing the customer file we see where there are notes that unplanned outages have occurred which have stemmed from the other communication's company feeding our system.  We have also been to the subscriber's home periodically to work on issues that have been reported.  But based on the history, these show:


    1 call in 2020 to install and a drop replacement. 


    3 calls in 2021 of which 2 were for connectivity issues.  1 was a plant issue, the 2nd fixed itself the same day.


    3 calls in 2022 of which 1 was a plant issue of which customer care tried to reach out to the customer for several days without any response, the issue was repaired.


    1 call in 2023 of which the subscriber's personal equipment may have caused the issue.


    4 calls in 2024 2 of which each had a 2 lag as out supplier had unplanned outage issues.  The last call on 9/1 for an outage was reported to our after hours service and services were restored on 9/3 with a technician visit.

    I have been a yondoo subscriber since earlier in 2023, and have loved my service the whole time I've had it! My electric ran aerial so my fiber did as well, and the techs were very nice when I asked them to bring my ONT's fiber up through my crawlspace and through the floor--same as my cable box. I never have an issue getting through to the customer care team or getting my concerns taken care of.

    Lousy service. Wifi continues to go out, intermittenly through the day. They say it is the rain, the wind, the lines, the naval base near by or that we are at the end of the building. They have used all the excuses they can think over. Do not recommend them.

    Called in Sept 2023 – Vacuum would not connect wirelessly
    TruVision 141 flaps within the last 24 hours; Upstream Codeword Error spikes .1451 @ 9:15 pm 10/16/23 to .0467 @ 5:45 am 10/17/23
    Levels within specs now – US TC 45.7/ RX 0/ SNR 32.8 DS Rx9.3 SNR 40.9

    Will call to make contact later today and follow up with outcome.
