    I checked my mother in on 4/2/24 at 9:04 pm at 9:15pm my mother called the front desk because the room was filthy. It had not been cleaned and she was informed that housekeeping would be there at 8am in the morning and they would clean the room. The next morning she mentioned at 7 am to the front desk of her previous call. They informed her they would have the room cleaned immediately. The room had bed bugs and after 2pm and 2 additional calls later she could not continue to stay in a room with this condition with my three younger siblings. My mom has breathing issues and the condition of the nastiness in this room was unacceptable. The hotel did nothing to assist but tell us to contact ********* in which we did. The hotel would not answer the phone on several attempts to rectify this. I have requested a full refunds because we asked the gentleman at the front desk to check us out. He printed a receipt of charges for the first day, but then he lied to ********* stating my stay was a full 3 days. I want my money back in full and something done about this situation. My money was pretty much stolen and I do not appreciate it.

    My husband and I stayed at this hotel in November,2021 and there were no issues or concerns with our stay. However during our recent stay this month we were advised that it was aware under new management. When we checked in a few hours early we were charged a fee. The room that was provided during check in was not what was requested because it was too small. When I voiced a compliant via phone to the front desk I was told to come to the front desk to get a new room. One of the managers on staff showed us a new room and on the surface it was like the room we had in November(King Superior Suite). After the manager left there was a strong smell of incense in the room that did not respond to my spray. Secondly, when my husband sat on the bed we heard a loud bumping noise. At first we thought the noise was coming from the room next door. However, we discovered the bed was broke. My husband call the front desk to voice another complaint regarding the bed. At that time we made the decision to leave the hotel. Once we went to the front desk we wanted to speak to a manager. The male worker indicated that the manager was not available and we can return the next day to speak with him after 11:00am. He also charged us for the room that we did not stay in. We did not think that was fair because of the poor service we received. On the following day we returned and spoke to the Manager to discuss the issues regarding the poor service we received and refund for services not rendered. The manager was very unprofessional and refused to provide a refund. The male worker who was present when we left indicated "he did not know the bed was broke" when approached by the manger. I want to let others know not to visit this site due to poor management and customer service.
