    We always do our best to remove anyone from our mailing list who wants to be removed.  I will add your address and name to our do not mail list if it is not already there.  We also have a web site dedicated to this and it is on all of our mailers.  It is ***********************.  You should not receive anymore mailers as long as the address in your complaint is the address the mailers are going to.

    We remove anyone from our mailing list that requests to be removed.  We don't want to mail anyone who's not interested as it would be a waste of money for us.  We actually have a phone number and a link on our web site to be removed.  It is possible that the new mailer went out before we were able to remove him.  We send out the milers several weeks ahead of time.

    He can email us at info@pandaprohomebuyers.  All he needs to do is include his name and the address he wants removed.  We will not mail him anymore once we have the request.  He can also go to ****************************************.  This is stated on all of our mailers.  If neither of these options works for him then he can respond to this email with the information.  I will try to make this as easy as possible for him.
