Constellation Home came to my mother's home to repair her furnace and told me and my mother that we should purchase a contract that would make the repair for affordable. I immediately purchased the contract. When the contract went into affect I called Constellation Home and requested a technician to come to fix the furnace. After speaking with me a electrician was send to my mother's home. Once here the electrician informed me that the contract the other tech said we needed was in fact the wrong contract. I immediately called Constellation Home and canceled the contract on 3-26-24, and I was to receive a full refund as well as a refund for the part I purchased when I got the correct contract with the electrician. Well it's now 4-18-24, and I still have not received my refund. I have called Constellation Home several times and asked why I had not received the refund, and was told that a message was being sent to the department that issues refunds and the refund should be back on my bank card within 3-5 days. It's been almost a month and I still haven't gotten the refund.
