    To begin. On May 10, 2023, I received an estimate of $8300 for the replacement of my upper-level HVAC system. I proceeded with the service. The technician providing the service was **** ***** (AMJ Quality Service LLC). This service started with difficulties in that it took over a month to complete installation and the computer system in a brand-new system failed to communicate with the thermostat and had to be entirely replaced. The job started on May 17, 2024. It wasn't complete until over one month later. Just one year later the system goes out in the height of the summer around June 20, 2024. I contacted the installing technician, **** ***** on June 27, 2024, to request service. The next day I contacted, via email, Mr. ******* "*****" Mimaros owner of Alpha; **** *****, and **** ****** with ***************, the distributor who provides tech support. No response. The attempt to get service went through July 5th, with ***** assuring me that **** would be out. He arrived on July 7th only to determine he needed tech support. He informed ****. I essentially was told that the parts, the computer boards, had to be ordered. Well, those boards came in on Friday, August 2, 2024, according to **** *****. It is August 6, 2024, and I am still without a working HVAC unit. **** ***** was here today to complete the service. He found, once again, that tools/parts (4pin connector) were needed. Left around 11am to retrieve what was needed. It's 11:36pm and I haven't heard from **** *****. I left a message with his answering service this evening to no avail. At this point it is futile to try to get effective service for a new HVAC system purchased from and installed by these people. The heat is critical heat. The responsiveness, service, and follow up is subpar. Today, 8/7/24, I've decided to seek out another Amana HVAC Service provider, for which I want to be reimbursed. I got a text this morning from **** ***** stating, "trying to see how soon I can get a 4pin connector".

    Please see attached the original paperwork with cost and warranty information.  Mr. ***** in the technician that Alpha utilized for the installation.
