      Jai Medical Managed Care Organization has to be the worst insurance company Ive ever had. I had them for years but this year really in December of last year I found out I had diabetes. Jai Medical has denied me all of my diabetes medication. Everything and anything my doctor was trying to get authorized they kept denying. Leaving me without any insulin or diabetes medication until I disenrolled from them. I had doctors appointment December 5th 2023 and January 9th 2024. I disenrolled from Jai Medical After these appointments. I didnt get accepted for another insurance until February 12th 2024. Jai Medical out of pure spite that Im no longer with them because THEY kept denying a diabetic medication. They have refused to pay my doctor office bills. The bill is $630.00 because they keep telling my doctors office theyre NOT paying the bill lying and saying its because I had primary insurance elsewhere. Ive called spoke to multiple individuals that has done nothing but tell me to send the bill in to an email, I did that it wasnt enough. Then I received a call they wanted proof I sent them a screenshot showing when my ************* activated which was on February 12th 2024. All of my appointments were before my new insurance was activated. Jai Medical was the ONLY insurance I had they were my primary. Yet Im now having my doctors office calling me sending in bills telling me Jai Medical has denied paying and I have to pay $630 out of pocket. How are they able to get away with Not paying bills all the way from December of last year. They have been no help when I have all the proof showing they were my only insurance and they still wont pay the bill. Im trying really hard not to get a lawyer involved but at this point it might be my only option for a resolution. The billing department they have is horrible and I believe they are purposely trying to make excuses because Im no longer enrolled. I just want my payments resolved so I can done with them for good.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  Please be advised that we have spoken directly to Ms. ******** regarding this matter and informed her of the following resolution.  We informed Ms. ******** that she should have never received a bill, and that for any bills that she has received, she may disregard them. We will be reprocessing and paying these claims.  We also have confirmed that Ms. ******** is now receiving the medications that she requires.  Ms. ******** was thankful to hear from us regarding this resolution.
